2990wx Code 32

A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternative driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)

This shows up for all 32 procs in Device Manager. I have updated the drives from the AMD website. Is there something I can do to have this function properly.

This tech website gives very good troubleshooting tips on the exact error you are having with your AMD 2xxx series processor in Device Manager: https://appuals.com/driver-error-code-32/

Follow their instructions except don't download their "recommended" software to fix the issue. Otherwise the advice is very good.
