Instead of asking for a Boot Kit, AMD is saying to RMA your CPU to be replaced under Warranty. Seems like you put in by accident a RMA of your CPU instead of asking for a BOOT KIT.

You need to put "BOOT KIT REQUIRED" in the "Problem Discription" part of the RMA Request. Rather than ask for the boot package, AMD offers the RMA to replace your processor warranty. It looks like you accidentally inserted a RMA your processor instead of asking BOOT KIT.
