need to give more info on your computer setup. Exact Make & Model of Laptop. The A9 APU seems to be a laptop APU thus you need to find out from the Laptop manufacturer what CPU/APU are compatible for upgrading the laptop APU.

There is a website that mentions all the upgrades available for a CPU/APU or Chip Set or motherboard but need to know exact Make & Model of Laptop or Motherboard.

No, A9 mobile APUs are BGA processors (soldered to the motherboard) and cannot be easily replaced. The supporting motherboard and memory are also not compatible with Ryzen mobile APUs.
