XFX 7600 XT Shutting down pc then no display

So I have basically tested everything in the book when it comes to the drivers and every other thing in my pc. I have put my old GPU in and I have no issues BUT this seems to be a big problem with XFX 7600 since I see a lot of people complaining on here and reddit about them being bad kinda wish I read before buying. My question is should I check to see if the GPU is overheating and the thing isn't reading it right? it is the only thing I can think of it being atp. Someone else on here said their gpu was doing the same thing. Does anyone know a fix for this since they will most likely be on christmas break? should I mess with bios and maybe one of the settings are breaking it?

If the graphics card is "shutting down the PC" as in it powers off, it is most likely due to inadequate power supply.

Post full system specs and better description of problem.
