Windows 11: Radeon Driver is always forcing 21:9 aspect ratio

Hello,

I have a Laptop with Ryzen 7 Pro 4750U with Radeon Graphics.

I want to use an external 21:9 Monitor with 3440x1440 resolution  in PBP Mode. This means a resolution of 1720x1440 is needed.

I can set the resolution of 1720x1440 successfully.

But because the radeon driver seems to always expect or dectect a 21:9 ratio of the monitor, the shown picture is quite small.

Its like the driver assumes that the Monitor still provides full 3440x1440 resolution, although the Monitor is in PBP Mode and is providing a 1720x1440 resolution only.

I searched the whole Internet but I can't find a solution which works with the newest radeon drivers. And no, GPU scaling is not the issue here. I need a way to set a aspect ratio in the radeon driver or that the radeon driver accepts 1720x1440 as a new aspect ratio as well.

1. Monitor is Philips 345B1C - and yes ofc it supports PBP, which works basically

2. Lenovo ThinkPad L15 Gen1 (AMD)

3. All HDMI

And well, it works with Linux (Live CD) as intended, but not with Windows 11. This is definely a radeon windows driver issue.
