The RX 6750 XT is notorious for being on the edge when it comes to hotspot temperatures and when i look at your screenshot i noticed that the GPU clock speed is very low for this model.
Every now and then it exceeds the temperature limits for a split second that will cause the GPU driver to hang, fail or crash.
I recommend trying this :
- manually lower the GPU clock speed (2400-2500 Mhz)
- manually set the voltage to 1150-1175 (inside AMD adrenalin)
- turn off zero-rpm for the fan control
- play games at or below 120 FPS
If this helps then the problem is temperature related and you might additionally want to get rid of the GPU-backplate or even make a custom cooler for your GPU yourself (like i did, which lowered the temps by 10-12 degrees celsius)
Also a try new thermal paste and pads since these cards have been around for a very long time and it might be dried up.
