Why is the quality of live streaming videos pixelated? Even though I have used a high bitrate. I use a bitrate of 11,000 with CBR (Constant Bitrate) settings in the OBS application. I also use the AMD driver according to my VGA. My current VGA uses the RX 570 4GB series. Is there a setting I haven't enabled? Or is it really like that?
