I have been patiently waiting for the Ryzen 4700g. I would like to do hardware encoding of video and would like to know if there is any difference in performance between that IGPU and a descrete GPU like a rx480. I know NVIDIA's NVENC performance differs between cards of the same generation due to placing extra encoding units on the higher end cards.. But my experience between a Vega56 and an RX480 perform about the same. Can I expect the same encoding FPS on a IGPU as an RX480?
I assume the 4750g will have the same IGPU, so how would that compare to encoding with a 3700x + RX550?
On a side note--Is AMD fluidmotion ever coming back to future products?
