Went from rx 570 to rx 6600xt but I get stutters now

Like the title says I just got my rx 6600 xt and my games look better and smoother kinda but I get really bad drops and stutters and idk why.
My build is the

-rx 6600 xt

-ryzen 5 5600 g

-gigabyte b450m

-16gb ram 8x2.

-550w psu

I’ve tried uninstall all of and software with ddu and only installing driver, going into bios changing the pcie 16 slot to gen 3

Have you looked at your temps to see if maybe your throttling?

There are a few guides that COULD help with this on YouTube. Emphasis on could. I haven't had to deal with most issues people have had with the RX 6000 series so I don't really know much about fixing them, but this video could help you narrow down what is causing the issues.

I regularly watch this channel for the AMD driver update reviews.

Edit: I updated chipsets and bios. And it made it better but the drops are still worse than my old gpu( I shouldn’t be getting at all I never did with old gpu)

Try older GPU drivers. Something similar happened with my RTX 580 4GB some months ago.
