Yes, the warranty is only on the original buyer.. this is a real problem, becouse in this period you can not buy a video card...the consumer is never protected by this mother company. I find this policy from AMD shameful. anyway thanks to those who answered me.
Contact the seller and get a copy of invoice.
The problem is that i buy it on stockX...and i can not contact the original seller..
Contact customer service at stockx, they may be able to help.
Hi,thanks for your reply. They told me this...StockX prides itself on being a safe and anonymous marketplace, therefore the original receipt will not be included. StockX is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers and is not responsible for product specific warranties from the manufacturer.
Just like all products on our site, our dedicated verification team will thoroughly inspect each item to make sure it is authentic and meets the condition requirements.
All electronic products sold on StockX must be brand new. Items that are sold still sealed by the manufacturer (with shrink wrap or adhesive) must be sold on StockX in the same condition without signs of use, damage or tampering....
But nothing on a proof of purchase...the stockx document is valid for the warranty?
Can't say, this is user to user forum, you could try asking https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form

Thanks a lot, i will contact amd. Will write here the answer!
AMD Warranty is generally only for the Original Owner. So if the GPU card was bought by someone else through AMD Store and sold to you via a Marketplace, the Warranty would be voided, at least for AMD Processors.
Here is AMD Warranty for Consumer GPUs: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/warranty-information/consumer-graphics-sold-by-amd
If AMD doesn't require Proof of Purchase than you are good to go unless they have the name of the Original Purchaser via the Product Serial Number.
You can open a AMD Warranty Request from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/warranty-information/rma-form
If the GPU is manufacturered by another company like XFX or Sapphire or MSI etc than you need to go through their Warranty department.
Note: Most Manufacturer's Warranties aren't Transferable to another person and is only good for the Original buyer.
