I'm not 100% sure if this is windows or driver related, but Vsync use to work before.
Some games Vsync works but more games don't, Visual tearing is very bad and fps is not getting capped, causing higher usage and temps, I have reinstalled Drivers, Windows Updates, and also tried running with different driver and windows versions, nothing works
I have been trying to find a fix but the threads either didn't get answered, wasn't solved or it didn't fix my issue.
