System black screens the instant the dedicated GPU is used for video decoding. I have reproduced this across Firefox, Edge, Chrome, Discord, and VLC as well as games that have a video intro that plays. I have tried older driver versions and to no avail. I did a fresh OS install and video decoding worked until AMD drivers were installed. Was previously using a 6950xt without issue so I know the rest of the components are not the problem. Has anyone experienced anything similar or have a possible solution? I've also submitted a service ticket so I'll update if anything comes from that.
