Valorant stutters / spikes in frame time making it unplayable with rx 6600 xt

my specs are I5-12400F and rx 6600 XT , recently i was using gtx 1050 ti and i got no such issue, but with this new card m getting a lot of frame time spikes which makes this game bad to play as screen stutters a lot . please help me i feel cheated buying this graphic card which is not plug and play type like my old cardUntitled1.jpg

It seems that valorant and amd have a lot of problems with w11, try using w10

looks like its AGAIN (god d#$it) that microsoft and amd releases updates at the same time.....
the new radeon 22.7.1 seems  to be  #§$% ... not the best one ^^
