USB-C to display port 1440P/144HZ?

I've got an RTX 3070 driving 3 x 1440p/144Hz monitors for sim racing. I'm using 3 x DP-DP cables.

I'm looking to get a 6900XT. But most of the standard systems/cards have 2 x DP, 1 x HDMI, 1 x USB-C.

My monitors are only HDMI v1.4.

If I buy a USB-C to DP cable like this https://www.cablematters.com/pc-710-124-usb-c-to-displayport-cable-supporting-4k-60hz-thunderbolt-3-... will I be able to get 1440p/144Hz on my 3rd monitor?

Would there be any other issues using different output cables?

Thanks. Big purchase so I want to be 100% sure. These are my monitors https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/UM.JE3AA.A01

I am confused, you are saying you have monitors with HDMI v1.4. So, why are you ordering USB-C to DP adapters?

Because as stated, I have 3 x 1440p 144Hz monitors. HDMI 1.4 only supports 1440p @ 60 Hz

Your question is related to DP1.4 specification.

There is one more restriction, I forgot to mention. My apology.

The USB-C output on the GPUs are limited to 15W / 4K@60Hz (15.68 Gbit/s), so most likely you won't have enough bandwidth to run 1440p@144Hz / 10bit

I suggest you try it out, I don't have any 144Hz monitor to test.
