The fan speed is always at super high numbers (32116 rpm), but the fan is working normally, when playing it reaches 96°C and the fan speed doesn't change. when I edit the curve and set it to any percentage, the fan works at maximum, I wanted to set it to 50/60 but it's clearly at maximum.

The GPU Fan rotating at 32K is a misreading either by AMD Radeon Settings or Fan Speed sensor on the GPU card.

Try using a different Monitoring Software and see what the GPU fan is actual speed is.

you GPU Hot Spot is very good at 70c since the Maximum Operating Temperature for your GPU card is 110c.

Note: try using MSI Afterburner and see if it see that same 32K fan speed.

The GPU fan speed looks normal in MSI Afterburner.
