My issue, When playing any game, I end up having what seems like a system hang on programs, or even my web browser when trying to multitask.
IE: Playing Hunt Showdown , I alt tab to 2nd monitor to check out a youtube video while waiting for match to load, my browser doesn't even pop up for about 20 seconds, then once it does when trying to search it looks like i am having Net issues but it's just not loading anything for about another 30 seconds to a minute. Once I close the game all proggies work fine and normal again.
Things I have done to try to help situation :
1- Driver are all updated along with chipsets and bios
2- I have checked the power usage and the card hits about 250watts on load and never above 55 degrees since I have undervolted the cpu and gpu
3- I have done a temp file cleaner, along with your basic mait for windows 11
4- I have tried turning off one monitor and still have the same issue
5- I have used DDU to wipe and installed drivers again
6- I have checked Task Manager during these times with the system hang(once it finally loaded) and nothing is over 50% usage.
7- Asking the amd community which is what I am doing now.
Does anyone have any thoughts or possible ideas? None of these issues happened before my upgrade from a 2070 super to the 6900xt.
********UPDATE************
Reset Windows 11, reinstalled my games, and no issues. So there must have been something going on in the background without me knowing.
