You need to look at each of those Adobe program's System Requirements and Recommended GPUs if they have that list.
Most requires a Discrete GPU card generally because they have larger vRAM and more features then laptop GPUs.
But, I believe, most modern Laptop GPUs meets most of Adobe's minimum System Requirements but may not be able to use some of those Adobe program's more advanced features or run as smoothly as a discrete GPU card.
