hello, before I tell further details about the problem I’ll list the specs/Desktop
Desktop-HP Pavilion desktop 690-0034
Processor- ryzen 7 2700
ram- 16 gb DDR4-2666 SDRAM memory
storage- 1 tb hard drive, and 128 gb SATA solid state drive
OS- windows 11 home 64 bit
graphics card- AMD Radeon Rx 580 4 gb
Ok, so my problem is in the video above. When I start valorant as you can see it does some sort of flashing. There’s also blue dots that are always there, but it appears only clearly when I’m on the Home Screen or the screen is dark.
(could be gpu artifacts?)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
