Last month i reset windows to factory settings and when i downloaded amd catalyst i found out that, when i try to put 1280x720 it doesnt scale and has no black lines (i have 4:3 monitor), before resetting windows i could put 1280x720 and have a 75hz. when i turn gpu scaling on i can put 1280x720 but i have no Hz and its important for me i want to fix it.
