A LOT of people have enabled SAM in adrenalin soft, bios, and have checked on GPU Z and everything is checked out. The rx 5600xt only uses 1 GB with SAM enabled instead of 6 GB. AMD please fix. this is a huge problem for the rx 5600xt users. I have re installed drivers but nothing is working. The performance with SAM on is TERRIBLE. instead of increasing performance, FPS DECREASES.
You could try using this just the RebarState.exe and set it to 32
