RX6950XT Disabled when game launch

Hello,

I’m encountering an issue when launching games that I cannot resolve.

The problem started three months ago.
During gameplay (across all games), both of my screens go black, and a Windows sound indicates that a device has been disconnected.
The screen remains black while the sounds from the running games can still be heard.
To regain control of the system, I have to force shutdown the computer.
Once restarted, the Device Manager shows that my graphics card is not activated.
I have to reactivate it, then deactivate and reactivate it again for it to work correctly.
I’m writing to you today because the issue is particularly severe with one specific game that crashes the card immediately upon launch: The Thaumaturge.
When launching the game, the graphics card tends to hit 100% usage before disconnecting. However, no graphical optimization through Adrenalin or other tools changes this behavior.

At this point, I have already tried several things:

  • Using AMD's Cleanup Utility, I uninstalled all AMD-related applications and drivers. After restarting without internet access, I reinstalled the latest available drivers: 24.12.1.
  • I disabled automatic driver updates and performed a reinstallation of the drivers as described above.
  • I tried installing only the drivers without the "Adrenalin" tool.
  • I installed previous versions of the graphics drivers: 24.4.1.
  • In the Windows Display Settings > Graphics section, I also disabled optimizations for windowed games and set my application preferences to "High Performance" and "Power Saving."
  • I tried launching my games by configuring my graphics card in "Automatic Undervolt" mode and balancing via "Adrenalin."
  • Changing the game’s graphical settings doesn’t seem to make any difference.

At this point, I have exhausted my skills and cannot get my hardware to function properly.

  • RAM: 32 GB
  • Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 6950XT
  • OS: Windows 11 Professional, 64-bit operating system, x64 processor, Build 22631.4541
