Hi , this is my first time writing in this forum. I have a rx 6900xt reference model , it's the second one i got since the first one i sent back to amd due to graphical glitches. Now with this one im having crashes in almost every game or stress test when the gpu is under heavy load. I've tried removing the drivers with ddu and reinstalling it , undervolt it and check if the cables are tight. I'm sure the gpu is the issues since iìve tested every other  component and this crashes occures only with the gpu under load. Im desperate i really dont know what to do. Sorry for my english

Sounds either like a temp issue or a power issue.

- what are the temps during heavy load?
- make sure the fans are spinning
- make sure you don't use daisy chained cable
- your PSU watt?
- did you do CMOS reset?
- did you do tests with other gpu to make sure the PSU is ok?
- try rebar on and off
- uninstall Adrenalin and reinstall drivers only. Then install Afterburner to set fans etc.
