Rx580 Red devil heats up a lot

Rx580 Red devil 8 GB is very hot in furmark, up to 86 degrees, with 80% of coolers, is this the norm?

Those are very good temperatures while running games for your GPU Card in my opinion.

The fans being a little nosier is probably because they are running at a higher speed then before your made the Fan Curve.

I wouldn't mess around with your GPU card anymore unless you notice the temps getting hot under normal use.

according to a website that shows the Maximum Operating Temperature of the RX 580:

Your GPU card Heat Sink seems to be working normally since it hasn't reached the overheating temperature using Furmark.

Furmark put much more stress on a GPU card then other stress tests:

Furmark stress test is one of the most demanding benchmarks of all. It's a powerful and popular tool for proper testing. If you aren't using one of the best GPUs on the market, you might struggle even to complete the test. Their basic test is an excellent solution for testing GPU performance on all machines.

But what I find abnormal is you mentioned, unless I misread your post, that the fans was only running at 80%?

At those temperatures the RX 580 Fans should have been running at 100% and not at 80% unless the monitoring software you used is not showing accurate data.

Yes, you understood correctly, the temperature of the video card was 86 degrees in the furmark and the cooler was spinning by 80%, the same temperature was shown by the built-in benchmark amd Radeon itself

At 86c, in my opinion, the GPU fans should have been maxed out in speed at 100%.

Try creating a Radeon Settings under Tuning a new Fan Curve for the RX 580 where the fans will reach 100% at a much lower temperature. let say around 75c as an example only.

NOTE: But if your GPU card stays below 85c during regular use and under heavy loads such as gaming then I wouldn't worry about it since the GPU heat sink seems to be doing a good job in preventing your GPU card from overheating.

Also remember that Furmark puts a lot more stress on a GPU card then other stress testing software. You GPU card probably will never run under Furmark's loads and stresses under normal computer use.

In the games, the temperature was a maximum of 77 degrees. I made a speed curve and lowered the voltage by 100 mv, now in games the temperature does not rise above 69-70 degrees, but the fans work a little noisier

OK, thank you
