Hello guys, I need some help 
PC spec: i3-8100, Cooler Master 500w, 8gb ram and recently just installed a new GPU, MSI ARMOR RX580 OC 8gb.
The problem Im facing now is my GPU usage is really bad.. It keeps spiking like crazy, most of the time its at 0% or 1% which cause very bad perfomance! and then it goes to 100% for like 2 seconds then drops back to 0%/1%.
I tried different games, R6 siege, PUBG, BF1. Temp seems ok I think, its around 58-60 degree celcius.

Describe your issue:
- When I play game, my GPU usage is always at 0%/1%, then after like few seconds it goes up to 100% for like a second or two then goes back down to 0%/1%! Makes all of my games unplayable. This never happened before, I used to use GTX 1050 TI and never had this issue.
