Hello so i have this problem i bought a graphics card the rx470 8gb only dvi version and the task manager cant seem to recognize the card (in windows device manager says error code n.43)
It outputs display since its plugged into it and the fans spin but its very low performance, maybe even worse than the igpu.
I have tried flashing the vbios it just says sybsystem id mismatch
I have tried downloading various drivers but they just say an error occured (none are installed or not functioning properly while you literlly can see ots version in techpowerup gpuz)
Also tried disabling igpu and i still can not get the card to perform as it is supposed to. Any help would be apprieciated as to why this problem occurs and how can i solve this. thank you!
