New build with the Ryzen 5 with built in RX Vega 11 GPU, HDMI to brand new HP monitor. all drivers updated, windows fully updated, windows 10 Pro. MSI Gaming Pro B450M M-ATX Motherboard. installed 32 bit office and got the green tint, uninstalled that and installed 64 bit version, same issue. Manually updated to latest Adrenalin drivers from the AMD drivers page.
