I just installed a new 7900xtx, and its running terrible. I loaded the new drivers from AMD. The problem is when playing with a game it is dropping FPS and crashing the computer. I turned all setting to low in most games but still dropping frames. I took out the GPU and reinstalled it in case it wasn't placed right. When trying to bot the last of us the entire computer will crash.
Was running the 6950 XT before will no issues.
I reinstalled Windows still having issues.
