I've been having issues with my monitor randomly losing signal. This has only happened when Im browsing or watching videos, not when Im playing games. I cant restart my PC when this happens as the power button does not work. The only way for me to restart the PC is to cut the power from the psu. I have updated my drivers and bios with no luck.

Not sure if this will work, but try clearing cmos.

Get a replacement if you are still under warranty. I had this issue starting in April, and since it was inconsistent and would fix itself with a power reset like you, I didn't do RMA. My 6900XT finally died with complete signal loss, and when I tried to do another RMA, I was 3 months past my warranty date. AMD told me tough luck. I only got 2 years and 3 months out of a card I paid $999 for.
