rx 6800 black screen for a few seconds

my rx6800 keep going black for 2-4 seconds.  usually while gaming but sometimes the on the desktop as well.  Rebooting doesnt prevent this, but changing the drivers does, doesn't seem to matter which drivers.  But a few days latter the problem returns.  The cards temp maxes out at about 60.  850 watt psu.  running a i7-12700kf with and without e cores on.  tried 2 different ram configurations

Have you tried a different cable?

ive tried a DP cable and a hdmi, seems to do the same on both

it had been 3200 at 1.35 v, but ive tried it all the way down to 2133 anywhere between 1.2 and 1.4v
