RX 6750XT high power draw / memory clock on idle
I have received my RX 6750XT yesterday and it seems weird to me how when it's in idle and the GPU is not doing anything it draws ~35W and the memory stays clocked at 2200mhz. The gpu is connected to a single 27' 1440p 75hz display. When I switch from 75hz to 60hz, everything is fine. How can I fix this?

It is a Philips 275V8LA but I've fixed it by changing the blanking rate of the display with CRU.
