I have had continued crashes when it comes to the 6700 XT. I even returned the last one I had for a new one but there has been no fix to my problems. All three monitors go black and an AMD box will pop up saying "Device Failure". It is really frustrating because I am unsure why that would be the case. I had even put my old NVIDIA 10 Series in and had no issues with any games crashing. I cannot boot up Halo Infinite without it making all three monitors going black screen and then crashing. It does this for multiple games and I am not even sure why. It is a 6700 so I know these games are not too intensive for it especially if my older NVIDIA graphics card runs them just fine.

'Device Failure' pop up means nothing without a pic of the pop up.

Did you use DDU to remove all traces of Nv drivers/software before installing the 6700xt.

And what make/model is your really old PSU ?
