RX 6700 Screen flicker, tear, and black screen

So I have an RX 6700 that I recently purchased, and when I play some of the games my screen tears and blacks out for a couple seconds, but not when idling, on my computer, or anything besides gaming. Can someone please help me figure this out?

I think it was called mpo fix. You might wanna look that up. You'll find it

Yes I already disabled mpo, helped a tad but still does tear and black out for a couple seconds every 30 seconds about.

I am done with AMD gpu's. I can understand one bad driver or two, but not being able to play most games for over a year? Hell no. I still love AMD cpu's, but no longer the gpu's.

What monitor make/model?

What power supply make/model?

Is your motherboard's BIOS up to date?

Are  you running separate power cables from your PSU to each power input on your GPU?

What was your previous GPU? Did you run DDU to remove past/present AMD and/or Nvidia (whatever GPU you ran before) .. reboot and THEN install latest GPU drivers from AMD.com?
