Hello,
I have had this issue for weeks and have researched many solutions to no avail. My screen suddenly shuts down quite frequently. This happens mainly during games but also sometimes just on the web. When this happens, the PC remains on and requires a manual reset (but rarely I can boot it back by just pressing keys on my keyboard). I have found a way to force the issue by running a OCCT test (graphic or power supply); in this case the fans quicken and it 1 or 2 minutes, the fans the screen goes black and the fans slow down. This way I can check immediately if the problem remains.
So my drivers are up to date, I have also reinstalled them several times, with DDU as well. I have tried changing the AMD settings, setting the power limit to max, changing the voltage etc . The issue doesn't occur when I boot into safe mode (but the fps is ridiculously low so not sure it means it's necessarily a driver issue).
My Specs:
Operating System : Windows 10 Home 64-bit version 1903 (OS version:18362.239)
CPU: Intel Core i5 @ 2.90GHz Coffee Lake 14nm Technology
RAM:16,0 Go Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1466MHz (15-16-16-35)
Motherboard:Micro-Star International Co. Ltd. Z390-A PRO (MS-7B98) (U3E1)
Graphics: ATI Radeon RX 580 Series (MSI)
Storage: 931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0 (SATA)
PSU: Power EVGA 600 BR, 600W
Any solution would be marvelous.
