Hello,
i ve put a new radeon rx 580 nitro+ in my system. i m a sw developer and mainly need the gpu s power for monte carlo trees used in chess and go engines. this works fine compared to other users

However the amd card software/driver (autodetected from amd tool) keeps my windows busy, i have a permanent cpu usage of 20 - 30% (i7-4790, see screenshot) , the "background activites" switches mouse cursor one a second
If I deinstall the AMD software and just use the simple windows driver the activty is gone abd evth is "normal".
What can I try.
