Hello guys, I'm having problems with my RX 5700 XT Red Devil, it turns out that in many games the GPU usage is low and the FPS is also falling, in the graphics of AMD software, it shows that several GPU usage drops, even arriving to 0, and in games it is giving laughter, CPU usage is around 50%, and ram is dual channel, does anyone know how to solve it?

My settings:

GPU: RX 5700 XT Red Devil

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X (Cooler Stock)

MB: Asus B450M Gaming

PSU: Corsair 650W Bronze CX650

Memory: 2x8 DDR4 2400Mhz (OC 3000Mhz)

Hello! I was wondering if you ever found a solution to this as i am having the same issue. The games i am playing are recommending epic settings for my pc (rx5700xt, ryzen 5 2600x, dual channel 16gb Ram) however my pc is struggling to even hit 60 consistant fps on the lowest settings. When i checked the AMD software it said GPU and CPU usage were only at about 20-30%. Got RAM clocked at 3200MHz so that isnt the issue. Have all drivers installed correctly. Cant seem to figure out what the issue is. Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated!
