RX 5700 - 4K at higher refresh rates with DSC?

I'm on Windows. I have a 1440p 165 Hz monitor that I'd like to run at 4K. I had a look online and apparently this GPU supports DSC so is there a way for me to enable this and run 4K at a refresh rate higher than the 73 Hz Custom Resolution Utility will let me run it at? If so, how can I do it? Thanks in advance.

Hi, thank you very much for your response! It's not FSR that I was looking (as it's only for games) for but rather VSR. After trying a bunch of things and Googling a bunch of other things I found a Reddit post that pointed out what had been right under my nose all this time.

I've got my monitors all running at four times their native resolution just by enabling it and I didn't have to worry about bandwidth or anything.

DSC (Display Stream Compression) is the lossless standard that allows for greater than 60Hz refresh @ 4K resolution on a native 4K display.

If you have a 1440p monitor and you're looking to upscale to 4K, you want to use FSR. (FidelityFX Super Resolution)
