Graphics card
I want to upgrade my system. My system spec is:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
MSI B550M mobo
650W PSU
I am planning to use a RX6600 Eagle. Will it be compatible ?

Yes, but a RX 6600 is RDNA2 a generation behind , and for about the same $$$ I'd try and go a bit higher or atleast a current generation RDNA 3 such as an RX 7600 ($250/270) or a tad up to 7600 XT (16gb memory) for about $310/330) . ~
Thanksgiving/Black Friday is around the corner , so look around now and "before" the holiday , there should be some good lower pricing to be had !

Thanks for responding, my query was a tad different, will 5600G support RX 6600 is what I wanted to know on a MSI B550M mobo or is it better to go with Nvidia card.

The 5600G is limited to only 8x PCIe gen 3.0 lanes for discrete graphics.
The RX 6600 will work but performance will be impacted.
This is true regardless of whether you add an AMD or nVidia card.
