The forum needs a lot more information about components in your build. Make, model, of everything motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, PSU, and games it is crashing on.
Download and try running one of these benchmarks and see if it crashes. Actually run two of them, Heaven and Superposition and see what happens. Here is the link for downloads;

The main concern that I have is your RAM. You have 2 different brands of which your motherboard supports neither. You need to find RAM that this motherboard and CPU both support and find 16GB of a paired set. These sets will be identical and work properly with supported components. If you can borrow or go to your local BestBuy and pick up a set, they have a good return policy if it doesn't work.

You are aware that the RX 570 was a power house in its day. I have a RX 480 and it can turn out decent FPS even today.
