I built a pc for the first time and I'm having issues with the gpu fans. I recently bought a used XFX AMD Radeon RX 5500xt graphics card, and since i turned the pc on for the first time the fans have been running 3300rpm, the temperature is staying at 30c though. Ive tried the amd software and it doesnt affect it at all. I've also tried msi afterburner, and that didn't work either. I'm totally new to all of this, so id need in depth instructions if anyone has any solutions. The gpu was pretty dirty when i got it too, i had to clean a bunch of black crud off of it, not sure if that would affect it somehow.
