RVII - Unstable Core Clock
I just got an R7 today and I am struggling to figure out what is wrong.
When I play BFV, I get some occasional choppiness (see image below). The temps do not seem out of control and I have undervolted it slightly with no noticeable artifacts.
What accounts for the GPU in MHz and in % Activity to behave this way?

Stock voltage: 1069 mV if it matters.
