Radeon VII Black Screen and Crash in Destiny 2 4K Max settings

Has anyone else Experienced this?  I seem to only be having this issue with Destiny 2 in 4K Max Settings.  Tried Clean install of both 19.2.2 and 19.2.3.  Can anyone clear this issue up for me or present a fix or workaround?

Could it be something to do with KB4482887 for Windows 10 1809 causes game performance issues

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

For some weird reason I looked for this Update and I do not have it installed.  I don’t believe this is the issue.  I’m thinking power supply at this point.

As I said I do not have this update installed.  I believe it may be in part to my PSU to which I just ordered a 1200watt platinum today.  Won’t be having power issues so I can rule that out by Friday.

Could you describe how the crash going? Are you going black screen and reboot after? Have you got any BSOD dump?
