Radeon RX 7800 XT isn't working

Hi,
I'm not sure if there are people here who speak German, but I've got a problem. Yesterday, I was playing a game with friends when my screen turned green for 2 seconds, and I heard a weird sound in my headphones. After that, my PC restarted, but nothing happened, and now it won't start at all.

I have an ASUS TUF Gaming B650-Plus Wi-Fi motherboard, which has LEDs that indicate hardware issues. The white LED lit up, which means the graphics card isn't working. However, I don't understand why, as I was only playing some games. I've tried almost everything to fix it, but nothing has worked so far.

My last idea is to remove the graphics card, but before doing that, I wanted to ask for help. Thank you.

P.S. I have an AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT

Update: I removed the graphics card und put it back into the computer but nothing happens. I really don't know what to do because I got the PC for Christmas.

It sounds like you found the problem already. Typically, a GPU light on the motherboard indicates the GPU is failing or has failed. Sorry for your loss. If you can get ahold of the individual who purchased the gift and get proof of purchase, warranty lasts around 2 years.

If it were me, I would contact whoever I got the gift from. Then I would see how long ago the purchase was made. It could be that you can outright exchange the GPU at a retailer. If it has been too long, then I would contact the manufacturer and explain what happened, and see if you can start the RMA process.
