The other day i built my first computer from scratch so everything in the bios and what not is extremely new to me. upon turning on the pc which thankfully worked off the bat, i seem to have noticed my gpu fans were spinning wildly. i have a sapphire nitro+ rx 6800 and the gpu temp sits at like 20 degrees idle but the fans run at 3300 rpm constantly. upon no load or anything. have tried updating all drivers and software that might potentially let me control them but i can't seem to get them to work. having lots of trouble, thanks!
