My 5500 is not working at its maximum efficiency thats supposed to have on games. for example i have played gta v and resident evil 6 quite a lot at maximum graphics and it always get stuck at 55 fps.
I have all drivers updated, the radeon software and my bios but this is happening since august no matter the version and configuration on prophile games which i had to change because without the new configuration gta 4 always went at 30-40 fps. I really dont know what to do anymore. I made a benchmark test and this was the result :
