Hello! In my device manager under display adapters, I noticed that the RX 480 had a triangle with an exclamation point in the middle. I checked the events and this is what I saw:

I just built my PC two days ago and the gpu is not functioning correctly. I've already updated the GPU driver software, BIOS, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing seems to work. I also troubleshot my hardware and it told me to restart my PC, but that didn't help either. Is there another way to fix this error? PLEASE HELP!!!
