Updated to the latest driver/software yesterday. The initial startup after finalizing I noticed my screen was cloudy, not blurry to clarify since I see alot of problems with that. Now if I change a setting under display in the radeon app such as gpu scaling it will uncloud my screen and stay that way. Now if I play a game in fullscreen it will cloud my screen again but if I play in windowed it stays normal.
