PC Graphics

Hi all, so just got this card, but I'm getting nothing during post - only once it gets into windows. Its like the monitor is not detected until the OS loads.  Very similar to when one uses a PC graphics card in a Mac. It works but only after the OS is loaded.

So should i be getting something?  Only thing I can think of is maybe it doesn't like my mini display port to HDMI adapter but I wanted to be sure and ask.  Its on an Asus X99-A motherboard with a 12 core Xeon processor, 128GB RAM.

Hey all, so it was the adapter. I guess somehow that specific adapter was blocking some resolutions (like what is shown during post). No idea. Anyway all good
