Hey there,
I got a full Team Red System with a 5600x, a Radeon 6800 XT and a X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI.
G.Skill 3600 GTZR 3600 CL16 16 16 as RAM.
Im experiencing random blackscreens on both my monitors from time to time and this happened after I swapped out my olg GTX 980 TI. My monitors turn off, and my fans on the GPU will ramp up, system will only be able to work once I restart it.
I tried reinstalling OS cleanly, drivers also. Not sure if anyone else has the same issue?
I'm having a similar problem. https://community.amd.com/t5/drivers-software/6800-xt-and-samsung-odyssey-g9-periodic-black-screen-s...
What is your PSU? Current gen cards, both AMD and nV, are notorious for their power spikes. Hence high power PSU recommendations despite cards themselves barely chugging over 300W in reference design.
BeQuiet! Straight Power 11 80+ Gold. 750W
It is a good one and sufficient, I tested the card under heavy loads without any issues, i encountered it whiler playing wow. And I dont have a Gsync or Freesync monitor yet. One time it happened on desktop, Im pretty sure.
So im pretty clueless if this is a hardware fault on the GPU or a driver issue.
Many a folk here have similar issues, I noticed, and the array of cards / monitors vary somewhat substantially, so it is very likely a sort of software bug / incompatibility, but there's no universal solution.
As @EFermi said it's a somewhat common issue.
Some of these workarounds in this long thread might help in the short term.

Do you enable DOCP/XMP to ram rated speed?
I have a very light overclock with XMP off on my RAM sticks at 3600.
Totally stable tho, tested multiple times.
Try lower down the speed of ram a see has any improvement.
That will have no impact, it isn't running over spec.
Have you tried DDU to remove any leftover Nv drivers/software.
Are the crashes happening while 3rd party monitoring apps are also open/running.
I have the same problem, it is still not solved and update everything
Well, i solved mine by lowering down the ram speed which set by XMP
For now I haven't had a crash since, but that doesn't mean anything tho.
I deactivated Resizeable bar support.
