I just purchased a powercolor 6600 card and installed the Radeon software to get the best drivers. Card seems to work well. However, since installing this display adapter and installing the radeon software the monitors no longer go to sleep. The system sleep is also no longer working. It is interesting the powercfg doesn't report any requests to stay awake.
Is this is a known issue and do we have a workaround?
