Hello everyone. Recently acquired fury's - full working and stability. However ... one day, I noticed one peculiarity
namely:
- for some reason, the video card works on the motherboard only on the x8 bus, while the pci-express itself is always stable 3.0. as it should be according to the specifications. But for some reason the lines were suddenly cut down, before that there was a gtx 780ti, it worked quietly in x16 mode.
- the video card officially supports directx 12.1, but for some reason only version 12 is available.
I tried to rearrange the card in the lower slot, the result is the same, but now only in x4!
What is it - a bug, a faulty motherboard? I cleaned the video card slot with an eraser, and rearranged, and removed the firewood through the DDU and installed it again - all to no avail, as if the motherboard works only in x8 lines!
Before that, there was gtx 780ti, it worked quietly in x16 mode.
I don’t know how to solve the problem, maybe you have some ideas? Here is a screenshot with gpu-z, in the load as we see only x8
UPDATE: The BIOS on the motherboard works in the CMS mode - when you try to change it to UEFI, it writes at the beginning of the launch "there is no gop support detected in this card". What does it mean?
